Etiquette & Dress Policies 

  1. Enter at Your Own Risk
    First and foremost, zRock Mind and Body Fitness is a FITNESS facility and should be treated as such. Every zRock client is expected to maintain the highest level of care and awareness while using our facilities. Your participation is voluntary at our gym, so be aware of your surroundings and keep it safe.
  2. Consult a Physician
    We love having every client that wants to be a part of zRock to join us; however, make sure you consult with your physician before engaging in new physical activities at zRock. We want you here, but more than that, we want you to do it on your own pace and within your scope of abilities. Check with the doc if you have any doubts.
  3. Etiquette
    - Appropriate athletic attire is required - Wipe down equipment after use - No bags allowed outside the locker room - Return weights/equipment after use - If you feel the need to yell, we get it just don't do it at other members - Dropping weights is fine, just be respectful of our brand new equipment - Use of collars on barbells is recommended - Only zRock or approved independent Trainers are allowed to train clients
  • Jeans and cargo shorts/pants are not permitted
  • Clothing with any protruding metallic zippers, clasps, hooks, buttons or chains are not permitted
  • Athletic shoes are required at all times and footwear must be closed toe
  • Shirts or tank tops are always required and must cover the lower back, stomach and sides of the torso
  • Offensive, slanderous, politically biased, and other attire exhibiting profanity are strictly prohibited
  • Members have the right to listen to the music of their choice if wearing personal headphones
  • At zRock we utilize various forms of media streaming for both video and audio--we do our best to monitor these media sources to make certain they are wholesome and non-offensive.
  • Our typical steaming genre for music is Christian Rap/Contemporary/Rock and some secular, non-offensive artists
  • Shorts must be long enough to cover your entire posterior
  • Hats/beanies/skull caps are allowed when worn appropriately
  • All clothing should be worn as it's designed by the manufacturer, sagging bottoms are prohibited 
  • zRock reserves the right to restrict use of our facilities to anyone exhibiting dress or etiquette in violation of ANY of the aforementioned policies
