  1. Dusty McGuire
    Owner, President NCSF Sports Nutrition Specialist CPR Hands-on and AED Certified Dusty is a Graphic Imaging & Marketing graduate from Appalachian State University, a scholarship Track & Field athlete, and nationally published Marketing Professional. He spent a decade developing his strategic business management and tactical marketing skills in the corporate environment before having the idea to create zRock. Dusty and his wife, Brittney, created the concept of zRock as a result of one simple life goal--to provide their community with a means of growing in their faith as well as their health and fitness goals. Fun fact: Nothing. Zero.
  2. Brittney McGuire
    Co-founder & SVP Moving around her entire childhood through the southeast, Brittney finally settled in Boone, NC where she excelled in all aspects of the Track & Field arena. She's a mother of three beautiful children, Business graduate of Appalachian's School of Business, has been nationally ranked as a women's track & field athlete and has founded several personal enterprises, most notably, growing her fashion consulting team within a multi-million dollar clothing organization. Brittney is a managing partner at zRock who is focused on our foundational goal as an organization, helping people find God through fitness. She also keeps our owner in-line. Fun fact: Brittney's nickname is Tuna.
  3. Gabby Paspa
    Head Trainer & Closing Supervisor CPR Hands-on and AED Certified Born and raised in Hickory, NC, Gabby recently graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor of Science and a minor in communications. She was a multi-sport athlete at Hickory High School and participated in club sports throughout middle and high school. She then continued on to play collegiate soccer in college. There she worked in Elon's Campus Recreation program and was an outsdoors leader for several years. Gabby has a passion for fitness and has been on a team for most of her life. She is excited to be a part of the zRock team and help bring that passion for fitness and health to others. Fun fact: Gabby suffers from a complex OCD condition which prevents her from unplugging her cell phone before it reaches 100%.
  4. Daniel Icenhour
    Personal Trainer Sales & Marketing Daniel graduated from Appalachian State with a BS degree in Marketing. Growing up, Daniel was a multi-sport, cross-functional athlete and spent a lot of his early life in the gym. He has a passion for motivating people through supportive and creative workout strategies with the overall goal of individuals seeing themselves progress. In addition to fitness, Daniel enjoys hiking, snowboarding and hanging out with family and friends. Fun fact: Daniel's nickname is Ghost.
  5. Savannah Coble
    Fitness Associate Savannah is a 19 year old fitness enthusiast who loves to be in the gym playing basketball and workout out. She graduated from East Burke High School in 2017 and became a scholarship collegiate student athlete shortly after. Along with her being an athlete she has been faced with some adversities through her life including Hodgkin’s Lymphoma when she was 12 years old. With her strong faith and with God's strength she overcame that battle. She is now 5 years cancer free. Savannah has always loved fitness and has the passion and strength to help other succeed. She's excited to help every person she meets at zRock. Fun fact: Savannah secretly hopes for a global apocalypse within the next 12 months so that she can wear her braces forever.
  6. Cory Raby
    Maintenance Cory comes to zRock with an amazing story, one that has continued to inspire our members as well as our staff. Not so long ago Cory weighed over a quarter ton. Through some very aggressive changes in his life and critical need for medical surgery, Cory has been able to lose over 300 lbs. Cory is not only an employee at zRock, but is also one of our most active gym memberships averaging 50 check-ins each month! Cory loves being around individuals looking to improve themselves through faith and fitness, spending time with his girlfriend Sarah and his best friend Chuck (his dog). Fun fact: Cory has an shoe buying addiction. It's estimated that he's purchased over 15 pairs of shoes in the last 90 days.
